GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
MADLADY AB, Swedish company registration nr. 556936-4796 ("MADLADY") is the company that provides https://madlady.nl/, hereinafter referred to as "the website". The words "we, ours, ours and us" in these terms refer to MADLADY. The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your") with us.
By using the Website and / or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document (the "Terms"). Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
You must be over 18 years of age to shop with us or have a parent's permit.
All material on the website is protected under copyright law and may not be downloaded without permission.
2. PERSONAL DATA
MADLADY is committed to respecting and protecting your personal information and your privacy. All information saved about the customer is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
3. PRICE, AVAILABILITY & COLORS
All prices include statutory Swedish VAT. In the event of price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.
We can not guarantee that an item visible on the website is in stock, in such case we will contact you.
Colors can look different depending on which screen you are looking at, therefore we can never guarantee 100% that the color you see on the screen is an exact reflection of the real products, but we do our best to come as close as possible. Products can always be returned.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
MADLADY observes the utmost care when receiving and handling orders and strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. Although we strive to deliver within the announced time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. During campaign periods and high pressure, we can not guarantee regular delivery times.
If your order contains a product that has a longer delivery time, your order will be sent once the product is in stock. If your shipment has not reached you 10 working days after you have received the delivery confirmation, it is important that you contact us.
5. UNRELEASED PACKAGES / SHIPMENTS
Shipments that are not picked up, but that are returned to us are not covered by the right of return or withdrawal. If the shipment is not picked up, we will charge you 18 EUR/18 USD/18 GBP/ 90 PLN/180 NOK, for costs attributable to us. The fee is added to the original invoice.
6. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer several different options for you as a customer to pay to be, for example, but not limited to, invoice, account, instalment payment, card payment, etc. Payment methods vary by country and which payment methods are available in your market are stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to examine your application to pay by invoice, instalment payment or by account and to reject it, limit it or suggest an alternative payment method. In the case of a card purchase, we reserve the right to check the validity of the payment card, that there is room for debiting the value of the order and that the buyer's address information is correct. We can reject a purchase as a result of these checks.
MADLADY is not responsible for late fees, reminder fees or delays as a result of payments not made on time. Questions about this can be asked directly to Klarna's customer service.
You are required to enter a correct e-mail address and inform MADLADY in case of changing your e-mail address. Please note that MADLADY reserves the right to send a request for payment to your e-mail address.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS & CHANGES)
As a private consumer, you have the right to return the purchase within 30 days in accordance with the current consumer protection legislation. Return the item in unchanged condition, preferably in the original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging and try on the product provided that the nature of the product presupposes this. If the product is not in unchanged condition, MADLADY has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation compared to the product's original value from the return amount. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tailor-made or self-designed products.
The right of withdrawal starts on the day you receive the item (the withdrawal period). You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within the withdrawal period, you can send a message here. Return shipping costs 8 EUR (if your country is applicable to this service) use the return label that comes with it, the amount is adjusted upon receiving the return. In other cases, you as the customer is resposible for the cost for the return shipping. You as the sender are responsible for the shipment arriving to MADLADY.
When exchanging, you place a new order on the new items that you choose instead. You fill in the new order number in the return slip to receive a free return. If you have used a discount code on your original purchase, contact our customer service and they will help you with the adjustment.
Once we have received your return, we will complete the refund within 10 working days. You will be notified by e-mail when your refund is completed.
If you have used a discount, the amount will be adjusted according to the terms of the discount code, after which you will receive a confirmation by email with the final amount.
If we send a gift with your order, both the product and the gift must be returned, otherwise you have to pay for the gift. When returning the gift, there is no refund as you were never charged for the gift. If the promised gift is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace the gift with another gift, in which case you will be notified via email.
If you have received a damaged item upon delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time. Or if the product has broken before the warranty period is over, you can also file a complaint about the product. Contact us first via email and tell us what is wrong, enter your order number and article number or product name. We will then return with details on how to proceed.
10. CANCELLATION & CHANGE OF ORDERS
It is not possible to cancel an order after the order has been completed.
11. ADDRESS INFORMATION
Be careful when entering your address details, we will send to the exact address you provide. If your name / surname is not registered or is not on the mailbox, you must enter a c/o address (the surname of the person who is registered at the address to which the order is sent). When paying invoices, the order will be sent to the address where the social security number is registered. It is your responsibility as a buyer to provide the correct address.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of circumstances beyond MADLADY's reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, MADLADY's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended as long as the circumstance lasts. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and MADLADY have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
